I never really knew what the hair kept in them was used for. Having seen some hair art pieces I thought maybe for that. I don't have any of these but now that I know how they were used, I may have to get at least one.
MicheleSissysmomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17634206653716377187noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2464403430670791620.post-31105558802415063832013-07-29T20:46:04.340-07:002013-07-29T20:46:04.340-07:00I have a hair receiver on my dressing area counter...I have a hair receiver on my dressing area counter and use it exactly as it was intended. My grandmother had one and did the same. I wear my hair like hers because I loved the loosely piled hair on her head. I wear mine the same. The one thing I have never done is use the large looped hair pins she kept her hair up with. I use a large clip instead with silver bobby pins..and save my hair. Grandmother used to say that the ladies used the hair to inhance hairdo's..make them higher and look like more hair.
Wsprsweetly Of Cottageshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17990765326246470929noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2464403430670791620.post-43689454546628229192013-07-29T09:18:04.481-07:002013-07-29T09:18:04.481-07:00HI KIM!
