Kramer Chronicles-Too Pooped

Well for those of you party cats that attended Baby Kitty's birthday party last Friday it was a blast!
I must have partaken in too much catnip cake because I woke up in this grocery bag
(at least I chose the environmentally friendly bag:).
So I decided to find my fellow partygoers to see how they faired.
Poor Calvin is still sleeping with that rediculous hair style.
I checked on Kasey but she was out too!
I found Lizzy snuggly asleep and thought to myself,
if you can't wake 'em, join 'em!
Until next time, happy napping.
Purrs and Meows,
Kramer

Kramer Chronicles-Happy Birthday Baby Kitty!

Well the cat's out of the bag...

it's me, Kramer, wishing Baby Kitty at Confessions of a Plate Addict a Happy Birthday!
(see sidebar button under my handsome face for the link:).

Of course, once word got out my stupid dog siblings wanted to be a part of the celebration.
Lizzy wanted to send flowers,
Kasey wanted to send a satelite dish so Baby Kitty could watch the Catwoman movie in HD.
Calvin, well Calvin is searching online for the purrfect gift.

Even the neighborhood cats have heard about Baby Kitty's Birthday Party!
Big Louie and Scratch were eyeing the bird across the street as a gift...
but they couldn't pick the lock to his cage.

Harry was going to send a can of tuna but he got hungry-sorry Baby Kitty.

Poor Max is coming down off his caffeine high after drinking the whole bottle of Coke last night so he's not going to be attending the party.

I decided to give Baby Kitty one of my toys but which one?

Then it came to me! I knew the perfect gift!
I searched high...
and low...
and then I spotted it!
I grabbed it ...
and bagged it!
Happy Birthday Baby Kitty!
(For inquiring minds, this is not trick photography. Kramer actually put this toy in the gift bag that was on the floor. He plays with this toy at night and every morning it's in a different place:).

Hydrangeas!

As the hydrangea bush gleams her last bushy bouquets of miniature blooms I decided to bring several inside to grace many of the corners of our home.
The large soup turreen on the kitchen table has become a stew of colorful bouquets.
Smaller hydrangeas in tiny crystal vases gracefully soften the kitchen window sill.
Even the living room sports many of these delicate treasures.
The large hand painted pitcher boasts a single bloom.
What flowers are gracing your garden right now?

Kramer Chronicles-Going Bananas!

Well it's me Kramer, still waiting for my mom to stop sewing.
This is really getting on my nerves which means I only have one option...
to relax with my catnip banana.
Yes, you heard me right-I said a catnip banana.
Any cat can play with a catnip mouse but how many can say they have a catnip banana?
First you roll around on it.
 Watch me play 'air guitar'.
Catnip fever, doo doo doo, catnip fever, da da da da!
 Oooh...everything is spinnin!
Where's that banana?
Oh no, I 'm seeing two toys now.
Maybe be if I fall down, I mean lay down, for a minute the double vision will subside...
 Yikes, something moved!
I better attack it!
Oh, look at that cute little paw...
 look at cute little me...
Hmmm...I'm feeling a bit tired all of a sudden.
Ahhh, I just need to take a little nap...
 Boy, it's bright in here...
who turned up the lights?
I better rest a bit until this headache goes away.
Visit my mom's other blog if you want to see her latest sewing project.
Until next time,
Purrs and Meows,
Kramer
