Kramer Chronicles-Welcome Back

Hey everybody in blogland.
It's me, Kramer, here to report that my mom is an idiot!
She thought you could only choose pictures from the list-she didn't notice the top line that said 'add images'.
She thought that was the heading for the list below.
Thank goodness grandma has a brain, and some experience with my mom's techno ignorance, and was able to help my mom realize her error.
Needless to say, I'm back, no thanks to my technologically impaired mom.
From here on out things should return to normal, whatever that is:).
Purrs and Meows,
Kramer

Guess Who?

Hi, it's Kim's mom trying to rescue Kim's blogspot! Hopefully you'll hear from Kramer soon, especially about his new cousin, Sasha (see photo).

Farewell

This is the saddest post I have had to do but it appears I have no choice.
The new blogger program no longer allows pictures to be loaded from my computer.
For this reason I will have to bid farewell to blogland.
I love you all and will continue to follow your blogs-you are such wonderful friends!
I will miss visiting with everyone in the parlor.
Thanks for everything in the past 2 years.
I'm going to miss you guys.
Blessings,
Kim

Shhh...It's a Secret!

Christine does not like a lot of fuss to be made over her but today is her birthday so I thought I would wish her a very Happy Birthday-but don't tell everybody-she wouldn't want all the attention-heehee (I know-I'm really bad:)!
The reason you won't see any pictures of Christine in this post is because she hides everytime I try to take a picture!
For those of you who don't know Christine let me tell you about her.
She is the amazing artist responsible for all of my gorgeous gowns-that would be 14 of them!!!
And no she won't make one for you. As she always says when someone asks,
"I only sew for Kim:)."
Yup, she made this one too.
Needless to say, I'm the best dressed storyteller around:).
Oh, did I mention that she always comes with me, endures seeing my performances again and again, just to help me get dressed?
Did I mention that she is always there to encourage my creativity and lift me up when I'm down?
Oh yeah, she's responsible for this too.
She helped me paint the rooms in the house, helped me pack boxes, and moved us (with her dear husband Fred) in the heat of July!
So have a seat and let me tell you more about this most amazing friend:).
I can only think of a few more words to describe her;  loving, supportive, gracious, kind, faithful, Christian, reliable, talented, funny...well you get the picture.
Christine is the one that is there when you call (and I mean that literally), hugs you when you cry, laughs with you when life gets crazy, listens when you're having a bad day, prays with you when you need a lift, helps you with EVERYTHING, and goes shopping with you (and is honest when the dress makes you look frumpy:).
Let's have a cup of tea in honor of her birthday...
but keep it quiet-she wouldn't want me to make a fuss over her:).
Happy Birthday Christine!
Love ya!

Victoriana

I love everything Victorian!
(I know-big surprise:)!
From the delicate porcelain...
to the amazing literature...
tea...
roses...
the fashions...
 the jewelry...
the architecture...
and of course, the women for which the era is named.
As I was perusing my favorite magazine this evening (brace yourself as this may come as a shock but my favorite magazine is Victorian Homes:) I stumbed across an add for the ultimate Victorian dream trip.
Visit this website to see more:
Oh how I want to go!!!
Maybe next year.
Until then I will be content enjoying all of the Victorian splendor mentioned above:).

Kramer Chronicles-Intellectual Endeavors

As many of you know I am a very intelligent, literary kinda cat.
I enjoy the basic things in life; catnip, cat food, a good book, and engaging in a thought-provoking crossword puzzle.
This one is a bit tricky. A three letter word for sleep...
Hmph, I just can't figure it out which means I'm going to need some help.
Mom always says all the answers are in this book so let's take a look.
Let's see, a three letter word for sleep...
ugh, what's with the small print?
Maybe if I squint...
yup, that worked, here's the answer.
Of course, a three letter word for sleep...NAP!
Well, since we're on the subject I think it's time for a...
nap:).
