Day at Ft. Moultrie

I spent the day at Ft. Moultrie on Sullivans Island.
Several of us worked on the flag that is now flying over the fort in preparation for the upcoming reenactment of the 150th anniversary of the firing on Ft. Sumpter which started the civil war.
I thought I'd share some scenes from this special day.

Drinks on the porch, flag flying high, all make for a pleasant day.

  5. Hi Kim,

I loved seeing your photographs and you are so beautiful dressed in the gorgeous gown.
We have been watching a series called the Victorian Farm and it is so interesting as they have gone right back to how it was in those days. Have you seen this show? it is really lovely.

    Happy week
    Hugs
    Carolyn
